Oreo must’ve gotten the memo, because its latest launch is a spooky treat that looks so scrumptious, there’s simply no good reason to wait until October to dig in. Frankford and Oreo have teamed up to bring us a new candy just in time for trick-or-treating (or summer snacking). The new Chocolate Crème Filled Ghosts feature a dark chocolate shell in the shape of a ghost, stuffed with Oreo cookie pieces and a thick layer of Oreo’s signature crème filling. Each adorable ghost comes individually wrapped, making this the perfect confection to hand out to trick-or-treaters—or easy to keep in your bag when a sweet craving hits. Shoppers have already begun spotting the new chocolates in stores, such as Walgreens and CVS. And, despite it only being August, fans are embracing the early holiday drop, commenting, “Now this is a proper Halloween release.”
