DALLAS NEWS An 18-wheeler carrying a load of chocolate truffles caught fire and tied up traffic for hours Thursday morning in the Mountain Creek area. The 18-wheeler was fully engulfed by the time firefighters arrived, but the driver was safe. It took two to three hours to extinguish the flames because the rig’s cargo of chocolate truffles reignited multiple times.
